Dr. Morayo Omojokun has been practicing family medicine in Northern Virginia since 2005. He received his bachelor’s degree in Biology from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA and graduated in 1998 with Magna Cum Laude with University Honors. He went on to receive his medical degree from University of Virginia School of Medicine in Charlottesville, VA in 2002. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at the Atlanta Medical Center in Atlanta, GA in 2005.
Dr. Omojokun, fondly called “Dr. O” by many of his patients, is excited to serve patients in Reston and surrounding areas. He has received both the Washingtonian Top Doctor Recognition and the Northern Virginia Top Doctors Recognition in numerous years. He enjoys the various aspects of primary care with special interests in treating hypertension, diabetes, weight loss, and preventive medicine.
Marisa Konishi is our board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner. She graduated from the University of Virginia in 2014 with a degree in Chemistry. She continued her education and training at George Mason University. She also worked as a registered nurse at Virginia Hospital Center taking care of high-acuity patients. During her family nurse practitioner program at George Mason University, Marisa was awarded the Family Nurse Practitioner Award for Excellence in Primary Care. After graduating with her master’s degree in nursing from George Mason University in 2021, she has been working as a primary care provider in Northern Virginia.
Marisa believes in providing collaborative care and education to empower patients to reach their health goals. Her clinical interests include preventive care and management of chronic conditions such as hypertension, hyperlipidemia, and diabetes.
